The Center's Culture Classroom
is partially complete with new wiring, wall improvements
with low VOC paint, audio visual equipment and sound system,
artifact light boxes and the partial purchase of flooring.
These improvements were made possible by donations from:

The San Diego Foundation
Maureen Steiner
Las Patronas
and the community

An additional $30,000 is required to complete the project.
This will create a state of the art all-purpose room with
eco-friendly flooring, storage units, classroom additions,
computer stations, countertops and general contracting work.

The Culture Classroom is utilized for
school group presentations, lectures, workshops,
special events and community use.
